W D ZELL Lancaster Pa.imprinted on front base. Nice industrial piece withoriginal black paint.Light rusting and paint worn off as shown in pictures. Heavyweight.No cracks. Base is 7 3/4\" deepx 9\" wide x 13\" high. round disk press is 3 3/4\" diameter. Handle turnseasily and measures 9\" across. This piece appears to have an early weld where the shaft meets the plate.
