For your consideration is an antique Victor Safe & Lock Co. safe that has a patent date of Feb. 1, 1910. It was originally sold to E. J. Bonney by Urban & Son\'s Co. in Quincy, Ills. It was recently acquired at an estate sale. It is exactly as found. It is appealing, desirable, & collectible. It does need a detailed cleaning. This old safe has a 4 number combination which is included. The mechanism bolt is in good working condition. The door bolts close solid & tight. The interior has shelves & a lockable compartment with a metal door. The original key is with the safe. The original keys are often lost. This safe does show vintage wear. There are scuffs, scratches, paint loss, & oxidation. None of these issues detract from the overall appeal. Approximate measurements for the exterior are, 29\" tall,(from the floor to the top), 18\"x 18\". The interior measures approximately 15\" tall x 10\" across x 10\' deep. This old safe is a prime candidate for restoration, but it displays nicely as it is. This will make a fine addition to any home or collection.
