My father use to ride it (pictured), so it works perfectly fine. He may have gotten it from his (french) father, it\'s most probable. It has brakes! The height from the floor up to the handle bars is 39\". The front tire is a DUNLOP \"SPORTS\" size 27\" x 11/4\". The back tire is 8\" and it\'s hard (solid; no air). I don\'t know much more about it than that, maybe you all know much more.I will ship this wonderful bicycle using only DHL since the Postal Service here is really bad.IMPORTANT : This product is available only for US and European buyers. Shipping to another place is extremely expensive using DHL. If you like it and want to offer, please ask before.
