There is some slight damage to the enamel on one side, tarnish, scratches and wear throughout consistent with age and use but overall displays nicely. It it separates by pulling it apart because it is spring loaded and still operates as it should and closes tightly. The interior is lined with a thin strip of metal(not silver) with a springy design to hold the coins in place. NOTE: there is a dime in the pictures to show the size coin it accepts but it is for display purposes only.

Measures approximately 3-31/6\" long(not including loop), 1-5/16\" wide, 3/8\" thick.

Weighs approximately 66.5 grams.
