I find items at estate sales and sales from all over the place searching high and low for great pieces for .Manyof my items come from high end estates and we enjoy getting them into the hands of collectors like you that appreciate these treasures. We list new items almost every day and have a wide variety of interests. We always treat our buyers as we like to be treated and want every buyer happy. We will point out any flaw we are aware of with any item and once it\'s ready to be shipped we pack items well so they arrive they way they left us. This is a hard to find very early unit. It did run when turned on but I\'m nit sure if it has more than one speed or just got faster as you turned the knob but it did spin. This is a neat display piece and although it worked the cord is cracking.
