Antique Universal Waffle Iron Landers, Frary & Clark Model E930 Pat. Pend. 1920s:
$11.50

Presenting an early example of the Universal-Landers Frary & Clark waffle maker. Have sold a few vintage waffle irons in the past, but thought this one was unique. In doing research, I discovered this model E930 was originally produced in the early 1920\'s. This example must be an early model since the label says Patent Pending. The original rubber feet are still intact, and the wood handle is in good condition, although some black paint is worn on the handle from use. Cord is absent from this unit, but being the inquisitive person that I am, I had to test the unit for function. Grabbed my Multimeter and started in. Both upper and lower elements had continuity, and neither was shorted or went to ground. I then commenced to fabricate a test cord, and after trying both upper and lower elements, found both to be working properly. Not bad for a 90+ year old electric appliance.  Researching again I discovered the original units utilized a unique split power cord with two plugs on one end to connect to the element prongs while having enough slack to be able to open the unit while both cords were plugged in. Please inspect photos  and read used description for condition information. Base of unit measures 10 1/2\" x 7\" and height is app. 5\" Unit weighs 5 lb 7 oz.Prefer to ship to lower 48 states only. Thanks for your interest!
