Antique Watling Penny Arcade Coin Operated Fortune Teller Scale in \"as found\" condition.  Recently aquired we are selling it just as we found it and do not know anything about the working issues of it.  We tried it with a penny and it works and seems to be fairly accurate. It is a very cool piece!  Probably from around the early 1940\'s or so.  The base is cast and is in good shape.  It measures 5\' 6\" high by 27\" by 15\" at the base. The lock mechanism was taken out and we do have it with the machine.  The top sign is held on one side and the other side is not attached.  Check out the photos to determine the condition.
