Compatibility

Our Multi-Volt Apollo E-ballast is designed to strike both Metal Halide (MH) and High Pressure Sodium (HPS) bulbs through either 120v or 240v, simply switch the power chords. Make sure to disconnect the power source to your ballast before switching bulbs. They recommend using the specified bulb wattage with the correct ballast wattage.

Dimmable Lighting Option

The Apollo E-ballast offers the much sought after function of dimming switch which enables you to operate the ballast at the intensity you wish. Some benefits of dimmable ballast include controlling your power usage so you can minimize energy costs over the entire growth cycle of your crops, helping young plants adjust to high intensity discharge lamps and eliminate chances of scaring, instant heat and lumen control, reduce additional AC cooling, and temporarily reduce heat in grow area to allow pleasant working environment.

Radio Frequency Protection and Heat Reduction

All Apollo E-ballasts are manufactured with interior heat and radio frequency shielding so critical internal components are systematically protected. This will ensure longer operating life and minimize electromagnetic interference from the unit itself. Our ballasts conform to all international electromagnetic emission standards. In addition, our new generation of ballasts is designed with a resin covered circuit board and a sealed cooling fan. This additional improvement provides a unit that runs 15% cooler than its competitors in the digital ballast market.

Improved Power and Safety

Apollo E-ballasts has fast lamp ignition ensuring bulbs light up to its full intensity in the shortest amount of time possible while producing constant lamp voltage to the bulbs so that they stay flicker free during operation. Our engineers designed a replaceable outset fuse by the input terminal to maximize safety which permits automatic power shut off in case of short.

2. Items weighing 7lbs or less will generally ship via Fedex Ground if you are located on the West Coast. Otherwise, it will ship via USPS Priority 2-3 day mail (anywhere in the U.S.) unless otherwise noted. It is up to our discretion which carrier we use to ship. If you have a preference, you MUST email us within 1 hour of placing your order.
   
3. Items weighing 7.1lbs or more will generally ship via FEDEX or DHL Ground (48 Contiguous States) unless otherwise noted. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands will incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us prior to offerding for shipping quotes if you are located in these areas.
4. Domestic and International Express shipping services are available. Please contact us prior to offerding for shipping quotes for expedited shipping services.
5. Please do not email us asking for a tracking # unless it has been 2 business days after you\'ve placed your order. Tracking #s will automatically be emailed to your PayPal email address directly from USPS, Fedex, or DHL. Warranty » All our products are 100% original. WE DO NOT SELL CLONES! Most products will come with a manufacturer warranty. If the product happens to be dead-on-arrival (DOA), we will replace it. Defective items will be replaced with the same item. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item either by phone or by email. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs (to us, and return shipping as well). Buyer must contact us for a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) prior to shipping it back. Packages without an RMA # will be refused and rejected. Please keep in mind you can purchase an extended warranty through the link at the bottom of our sales.

Return Policy » We offer a 14-day return policy on most items purchased through our website or retail store. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt and original packaging. Used or opened items may not be returned. Customers must contact us for a RMA # prior to sending anything back to our warehouse. Please contact us through the messaging system or email us directly for a RMA #. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. This applies to items with “Free Shipping” as well. When returning an item that has “Free Shipping”, the shipping charges we incurred when initially shipping the item will not be refunded.
