Shipping isincluded to the continentalUSA, curbsideservice if your item ships freight to a business (an $80 surcharge if sent to aresidence which is extra). All other items (non-freight, small to medium sizeditems) are shipped Fedex Ground, DHL, UPS, etc at our expense to your door.
If your itemships common carrier (Fedex, Etc) a tracking number can be obtained from ourwarehouse upon request. Our systems don’t update before many times apackage already arrives to you. However, if your item ships freight thefollowing applies. Shipping is always included at Martelle International,LLC., which removes all the risk from the client. Shipping costsfluctuate so cost is kept in check with shipper’s offerding on Martelle’s orderfulfillment. Items are typically carried by two or more carrierstraveling towards the client’s destination. Items are passed amongdifferent carriers with new tracking numbers assigned which disallows a “realtime” tracking like you would have with FedEx, etc. This “baton pass” mayoccur once or multiple times depending on which warehouse your item originatesand the final destination. The process takes 4-8 weeks on average and therisk of the rate is carried by us so your patience is greatly appreciated. Weknow you will love the piece once it arrives!

If your itemarrives common carrier (Fedex, etc) please open the package within 12 hours andcontact us within 12 hours if there is damage so we can correct it. Ifyour item ships freight- Inspect your item before the driver leaves! Ifyour item is damaged we can\'t take responsibility unless you, the buyer writeon the \"bill of lading\" (the same document the driver has you signaccepting the delivery) that the item is damaged…. Or if they won’t wait…writeon the Bill of lading, “Accepted upon Inspection”! This is extremelyimportant. Then contact us for an immediate replacement or call tag to pick theitem up for a refund. Damage is rarely if ever covered unless you inspectfreight and document the condition before it is left with you.
