This is the best amp attenuator out there. I have used it for about two years and it works absolutely perfectly. No issues. You would have to look pretty hard to find any cosmetic imperfections either. This is a superb attenuator in tone and versatility. I have used it with several high powered amps including a Bogner Ecstasy 20th Anniversary, Marshall AFD100 Slash Signature Model, EVH 5150III 100S Stealth, and others. It is amazing how well it retains the tone of the amp at all volume levels. You can easily bring the amp down to bedroom/apartment levels with this attenuator while retaining uncompromised tone. This is due to Aracom\'s Speaker Reactance Thru Technology. It accepts up to a maximum of 150watts / 4 power tubes. Also, you are able to use this attenuator with 2, 4, 8, and 16 ohm connections. It allows you to mismatch the impedance of the amp and the cabinet with its controls (as long as the attenuator is in the \"on\" position). I loved how I was not restricted to what amps I could own and where I could play them because this attenuator allowed me to play whatever amps I pleased, wherever I pleased. 40db maximum attenuation.
