 If you receive an item that is broken, please kindly message me to notify me. I did not sabotage your item prior to shipping, the damages occurred due transportation. Insurance will be added on majority of my items and you will open a claim with USPS (I can help you with this process). USPS will reimburse you (this process usually takes 2-3 weeks for them to refund you)

When you offer or commit to buy an item you’ve entered a contract and you’re obligated to purchase the item. If for some reason you cannot proceed with the purchase, you must message me within 3 days of the purchase to notify me, otherwise I will open an unpaid item case for to review. Unpaid item cases will be marked on your account and sellers have an option not to sell to accounts that have been tagged with unpaid cases. I keep my word and would appreciate if you did as well.

Source of Items: I’ve obtained all the trains from avid collectors. I typically do not know the history of the item. I run tests on all operating items and try to describe features, flaws and any other information relevant to the item. If I have made an error, please kindly message me and I’ll update the listing.
