Free Shipping.....You are offerding on an old saving stamp vending machine. American Banking Machine Corp. made these machines from 1910 to 1919. It has insertion slots for pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters. Place a coin in the slot, push in the plunger and it would dispense a stamp in that denomination. Then the stamps could be placed in a book and when the book was full it could be exchanged for a savings bond at the bank... Each coin slot has a reel type mechanism to hold a roll of stamps. The coins were stored in steel tubes behind the locked front panel. These tubes were removable so they could be emptied. Quite an intricate mechanism for receiving coins and dispensing stamps.I do not have the key to open it and hate to drill the Original lock....the reason for this is one of these was on e bay a while ago (see completed items) and was missing the insides....that seller said his was 13 lbs...... This one is 20 lbs so I am sure everything is inside, as hard and as rare as these are, outside sales list them at 20 lbs.....If you want to drill the lock that\'s up to the new owner?
