Item is sold in As Is condition. It is in need of restoration. The entire wicker lists - my guess is that it got stored on it side and settled the wicker on an angle. Metal has light surface rust, but is structurally strong. Wheels are metal with original hard black rubber \"tire\". tire has pitting. Interior fabric is shabby and in need of replacement. Because the paint is likely LEAD (let\'s just assume it is) this item is NOT sold for use with a child. It is for decoration, dolls etc.
Local pick up welcomed! Otherwise a really big box and USPS. If it is possible to safely do some disassembling to get the box smaller, we may do that. The decision will be made at the time of boxing.
