The BC-1300 is a great roaster for cafes and coffee shops or even the home roaster that wants to start his own coffee roasting business. It roasts 2.8 lb. per roast and up to 11 lb. per hour or nearly 90 lb. a day. You can get this unit in gas/propane or all electric. If you plan to roast multiple varieties at a time this is a great little roaster to add on with other roasters due to it’s low price & high quality. It also makes a great sample roaster!
