Beautiful 16\" American Artist Portrait Grow-Up Doll by Dewees Cochran 1950\'s

16\" beautiful all latex composition doll with hand painted face by American doll artist Dewees Cochran - she is either a Look-alike Portrait or part of the \"Grow Up\" series. The doll has brown painted eyes, fine arched brows, and closed mouth with a slightly smiling expression. Her full light auburn human hair wig is hand wefted and in the original set. The five piece latex body is in good condition except for one bent leg which makes her look like she is posing. I am un-sure if the leg was suppose to be bent like that. There are a couple very minor craze lines on the face that you can see in the photos, please look at the close ups. This doll could be a portrait of someone.

She is wearing her all original clothing. Her white blouse with buttons up the front, a blue skirt, underwear, and white socks and black shoes are all typical of the quality clothing worn by these dolls. The doll is unmarked. She would have originally had a hand signed tag with the doll\'s name and Dewees Cochran\'s signature. The doll is circa 1950\'s.
