(53.3 g) features a modified drop-point tip (spear point) blade, this symmetrical style makes for good slicing and puncturing, and a smooth AXIS locking mechanism. It features a featherweight 154CM stainless-steel blade that is strong with a hardness of 58-60HRC and sharp enough to slice through food, wire and ropes with ease. The strong, spring-loaded AXIS locking mechanism adjusts smoothly for ease of operation.
The AXIS Locking Mechanism is a patented Benchmade exclusive, AXIS has been turning heads and winning fans ever since its introduction. A 100% amofferextrous design, AXIS gets its function from a small, hardened steel bar that rides forward and back in a slot machined into both steel liners. The bar extends to both sides of the knife, spans the liners and is positioned over the rear of the blade. It engages a ramped tang portion of the knife blade when it is opened. Two omega-style springs, one on each liner, give the locking bar its inertia to engage the knife tang. As a result, the tang is wedged solidly between a sizable stop pin and the AXIS bar itself. This amofferextrous blade is keenly unleashed with a simple push of the thumb-stud openers and its resin handle is extremely lightweight and easy to grip. The knife\'s handle is Grivory scales an amorphous nylon copolymer with exceptional dimensional stability 50% or greater glass fill for a sure grip. The reversible pocket clip makes storage and carry easy, just clip it on your pocket or belt and go! Paypal is our only method of payment. When you are using Paypal, you must go through our secure verification system, for which you will have to supply a verified shipping address with a matching telephone number.
For shipments in New York and New Jersey, we are required to collect the appropriate sales tax.
Items can be returned within 30 Days of purchase, and must be returned in original packaging, pending a return authorization.
Shipping
- Most purchases are shipped 1 day after payment.
- We will not ship outside of the USA.
- We supply tracking information 24 hours after the shipment leaves our warehouse. Please check your email and/or messages & make sure our email doesn\'t go into spam or junk.
- No store pick-ups for items.
- We will not mark any package as a gift.

Tracking
There is no need to email us for tracking info. You will get that automatically.
Returns
We think you\'ll agree that Sunny Sports has the best return policy in the industry.
- You have 30 days from the date of invoice to return the merchandise for full refund on your credit card.
- Then, we give another 90 days (120 days from the date of invoice) to return for store credit.
Inspect the equipment when it arrives, and if you\'re not fully satisfied you can return it for a full refund (less the shipping charge, for items which we offer free shipping the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted), as long as you haven\'t used it. We won\'t even ask why you\'ve changed your mind.
You\'ll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards.
Books, CD\'s, DVD\'s and Video Tapes may not be returned (due to copyright laws). Sorry.
In fairness, we will expect you to pay the shipping and handling charges, and we will pay the replacement-shipping fee (only US & Canada). No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements.
Merchandise returned in used condition or not in its original packaging will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
