1. Do you offer local pick up?

We currently do not offer local pick up. We are online only.

1. Do you ship on weekends?

We currently ship all orders out Monday-Friday using UPS. We only use UPS. Delivery can occur on Saturdays. All deliveries are subject to UPS holidays.

1. Who do I contact if I receive a damaged product?

If your product is damaged, you may use the contact form provided.

1. What are your business hours?

Our customer service department is open Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm PST.

1. Where do you ship from?

We have warehouses in California and Indiana. Inventory and proximity determine which warehouse will ship your product.

1. Why am I paying tax for my order?

If you reside in California and/or Indiana you are subject to sales tax.

1. How long until my order ships?

Orders placed before 11AM PST with successfully processed payment and available inventory will ship out within 1 business day (Monday - Friday). We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

1. Will I receive a tracking number for my purchase?

You will receive an order and shipping confirmation email within 1 business day if order is placed before 11AM PST.

1. Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

1. Do you ship to PO boxes?

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

1. How do I cancel my order?

Only orders not yet processed for shipment may be cancelled. You have 24 hours from the time you place your order to cancel. We will credit cancelled orders in the form of payment used.
