This listing is for a pair of 70\'s era BIC Venturi Formula 6 speakers. All I can say is, this guys rock!!! This is the fifth or sixth pair of these I have owned. The bass response is great, the highs are crisp & the midrange defined. Some love these speakers & some hate them. For those that hate them, I guarantee they never owned a pair long with good enough hi-fi gear to show what these can really do.Frequency response is 20-23,000Hz. Nominal impedance is 6 ohms. Maximum RMS rated amplifier power is 125 watt per channel. These can handle more than 125 watts, since most 125 watt per channel amplifiersdo put out more than that at peaks.
At some point a previous owner spent $125 plus shipping to get a new set of aftermarket grills for these. The original grills were foam & would eventually rot away. I have cleaned & conditioned the wood veneers, which are in very good condition for a 40 year old speaker. The piezo tweeters have all been replaced at some point & look new. The cab on what speaker had a crack going up on the right side from where the woofer bolts in, & I have repaired that area.
