Thanks for looking. This is the qr skewer to a BOB trailer for most standard installations. It is still new in the packaging though it may have been re-stapled at some point. There is one pin without the \'lanyard\' and I am not sure if this typically comes with 0,1, or two of those. You should have extras on hand anyway so go buy that 10-pack I see listed on here also.
