This 2015 Bobcat brand 72\" soil conditioner has hydraulic controls. The hydraulic controlled angle and depth allow the operator to make adjustments with the integrated controls inside the cab. Angle control can be used to direct the spoils while depth control can be used to quickly shave off high spots and fill in low spots. It effectively rips through tough hardpan and clay. This attachment is very fast and efficient in leveling ground, smoothing out ruts, tilling the soil, grading topsoil, and prepping the ground for seeding/sodding. It is excellent at smoothing the ground out without destroying existing root systems if that is your goal rather than tilling.
drum rotates in either direction to allow working in forward or reverse. the drum can be locked (to obtain a box blade effect) or allowed to float over the terrain while preparing the soil.
