The TC5500 has help us maintain our fitness level and provides the flexibility to tailor our individual exercise programs. The assembly took 2hrs and would strongly recommend the Bowflex mat to protect your flooring. Using the treadclimber mode will be difficult at first but stick with it...its worth it. The machine will pay dividends on the back end. We\'ve both noticed an increase in our energy levels and overall endurance.
