Paper flyer is original - not a reproduction. It is from the 1890\'s (not dated). Measures 6.25\" by 9.5\". Total 4 pages as shown. Illustration of Ideal on two pages. Pricefor the No. 30 heater was $18.00 at this time in the late 1890\'s. Condition as shown in the photos. It is not dated. Paper flyer has some age and use,rub and scuff,soiling and marks including back cover at bottom two marks, has creases and folds. NOTE:there is a 1\" rip in the paper on the right side cover and inside page same place. No paper is missing. Please be sure you are ok with all before buying.
