Up for your consideration is this c.1938 MARX \"ZIPPO\" CLIMBING MONKEY MECHANICAL TIN TOY - MUST SEE!. This sale includes theMarx \"Zippo\" Tin Toy carefully packaged for the winner. This item comes from our friendsJim & Helen andtheir lifetime collection.

MARKINGS: Themonkey\'s hatis marked ZIPPO on both sides. The tail areas are marked: MARX Made in U.S.A. See photo of tail markings.

CONDITION: Measures aprox 10\" long w/tail by 3\". The body area is aprox. 6-1/2\" long. This is missing it\'s strings and rings. The seams are slightly mis-alinged as seen below. This will need to be re-strung with new strings.General aging is noted as there are some small scratcheswith light soiling and some but minimal paint loss. We think this is a real CLASSIC!
