Here is a very unusual C.P. Goerz Ango 10x15cm folding strut camera. What is unusual about this one is it the telephoto version of the camera. It comes with the rear extension which doubles the length of the camera and has a specially built long extending lens. You don\'t see these anymore as the components were usually split up and lost over time. Visually the camera is in great condition. The leather covering is fine. The bellows material looks worn but I don\'t visually see any holes. I could not get the shutter to function. It has its origiinal long telephoto tube which has a Tele Negative 75mm element at the rear. The tube can be split up to different sizes and adjusted for focusing by rotating it. The set comes with a wooden box that the original owner used to store the extension back and long lens tube. On the inside of the box they made a chart on how to use the lens and back. The actual lens on the tube is not original to the camera. I got it without a lens but I had a Steinheil Munchen Unofocal f4.5 7 inch lens that fit the tube fine and dates to the same time as the camera. It looks great on the camera and one could also just use it as a normal large format lens if they wanted. The diaphragm works fine. The glass is clean showing some wear, internal dust and maybe some light haze when I hold a flashlight up to it. It comes with its ground glass back which can fit on both the regular camera portion or the extension back. It comes with 3 original plate holders to the camera with numbers 1 through 6 on them. The dark slides are hard to pull out on 2 of them so they probably need a cleaning. While not a useable camera anymore without some repair it makes an amazing display camera and would look great in anyones collection.
