You are buying aused Case 310F Diesel Crawler Loader TrackedTractor.This a 1964 model machine. This is a running driving machine and would make a good farm machine or restoration project if you collect crawlers. This is a smallersized machine that can be moved with a 1 tonpickup and trailer. The machineis still in its original paint and decals so what you see is what you get.We have replaced 4 hydraulic hoses so we could raise the loader and put it on the trailer. We drove this machine on and off the trailer. The loader runs and drives engine starts easy for a diesel of this age and runs with no smoke. Has good oil pressure. Clutch, transmission and brakesoperate smoothly like they should.Steering brakes work but do appear to need adjusted as you need to pull hard on the LH brake. Loader hydraulics work but you may want to replace additional hoses due to age. This machine will run and drive. What this machines needs:
TLC anda good cleaning and pressure washing
RH Track is half off thefront idler.The machine can be loaded like this but needs fixed before use. If you have worked on Crawlers this is an easy fix.

This tractor has been fully serviced and mechanically needs nothing until the next oil change is due, so make offers according. Low ball offers will not buy this tractor as it is way nicer than that.

Used tractors and equipment are just that used....None of the equipment we sell we have owned from new so we do not know the history. We will tell you everything we know about it good or bad and describe it as accurately as possible. A used 20 year old $3,000 tractor will not operate like a $30,000 new tractor IT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN and if those are your expectations you need to go to the dealer and pay a new price. Most used equipment has minor leaks or drips this is a fact of life. If there are major leaks we will tell you....If it drips 2 drops in your garage after you get it home we don\'t need to know that. If the fan belt breaks after you get it home fix it....I think you get the idea. If we have doubts about the hours shown we will state that. Hourmeters get replaced and what happens before we get the equipment is out of our control.

Our payment terms are NON NEGOTIABLE once the sale is over. Prior to the end of the sale if you have questions let us know we will work with you. offerding is a contact we take very seriously. Buyers are expected to pay promptly as specified for their equipment. If you are paying with a cashier\'s check we ask you to fax a copy of the check to us for verification prior to your arrival. Because there can be issues with cashiers checks we WILL CALL THE BANK the check is drawn on and verify the check. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you have questions about the source of your funds DO*NOT*offer until those issues are resolved. If you need your banker\'s, wife\'s or whoever\'s permission get it BEFORE you offer. Shipping - Once items are paid for we will store them at no charge for 1 month. Items left for storage are at the buyers risk. If a storm comes thru and something happens we will not be responsible for that. Ownership of items not picked up within 30 days will revert to the seller and will be resold with the buyer getting none of the proceeds of the sale. We are reasonable to work with but simply cannot be an indefinite storage lot. Items shipped by truck- We will be happy to quote shipping and make arrangements to have your items shipped. Shipping damage needs to be resolved between the buyer and the shipping company. We will assist but ultimately the contact is between the buyer and shipper.
