always great to see a vintage 1951 Centennial Singer featherweight sewing machine survive in such fine condition. This model celebrates 100 years of Singer with their blue Centennial emblem badge. The art deco linear silver front plate and scratch free gold stenciling is in the \"Celtic Chain\" pattern along the table and lift up arm and the table is a very clean black enamel. The 100-110 volt motor pulls strong and the separate light switch and bulb works. Serial no AJ809739 dating it Aug 1950. It comes with 7 attachments, 2 screwdrivers, a packet of 3 needles, 1 bobbin, 1 original Singer oil can with screw on metal cap and black foot pedal attachment. A solid strong original black carrying case, decent handle with working locks and no odors. The machine was sew tested and is ready to give many more years of faithful service. A great find for the collector.
