This is one of the first ones made because it\'s made by Jero Novelty Company of New York City and is marked as such on the back of the neck along with the year 1968.Yes, this one like the older ones, looks like Charlie as opposed to all of the later ones which have heads that are made of vinyl rather than plastic and don\'t resemble Charlie very much at all!
He has his original slipper type shoes and he has his hat which has seen better days. You might want to buy a new hat which some people sell on . The monocle is one we made that looks a little bit more like Charlie\'s his mouth works fine he\'s very impressive. Please look at the photographs closely. No returns! He\'s 30 inches tall and displays very well though the hat has lost its form.
