About Me: I started roasting at home for family and friends and eventually my \"hobby\" became an online/local coffee business that was doing very well. I eventually had to upgrade from my little 8oz roasters and bought this Coffee-Tech Artigiano roaster new in 2006 for $6500. It comes with the additional chaff collector. I have taken great care of my roasters. Constantly cleaned and maintained. Not very many roasting hours on it, since my business was part-time (and I owed two). Unfortunately, I am saddened to say, family circumstances forced me to give up my business. The manufacturer was very sad to hear this as well and has told me that they will include lifetime support for this roaster! That says a lot about the roasters and the company that stands behind them! One of the best features about this roaster is that it\'s electric! No need for gas or propane-(great for those of us who do not have gas lines)! Just attach the chaff collector, plug it in and start roasting! Another greatfeature is that they are tabletop size. Very small foot print! Excellent on any counter!About the Pictures: Front and side shots. Temperature gauge. Monitor the progress through the clear glass window and pull out sampler. I had a tray made that accommodates smaller bean sizes. One picture shows the cooling fan which is underneath the tray. I replaced one of the rocker switches because the plastic cracked. If you need them all matching in color, I have the other 4. There is a side panel for easy access to cleaning inside. One picture shows back where fuses are and the plug for chaff collector.
