This sale is for a used Coleman model 200A single mantle lantern. The white shown in some of the pictures is dried automotive wax that I put on to preserve it after washing it years ago.
The Lantern is 12\" tall and thefount is 5\"in diameter. It is stamped 1 and 70 on the bottom of the fount which means it was made in January 1970.
I have included a photo of it working earlier this year. Disregard the tag hanging on it while burning as it was a number system I used while testing multiple lanterns and lamps. When I test burned it I had a different fuel cap on it that I removed and replaced with the original as shown. If the new owner wants to use this lantern they will need toinstalla new fuel cap that is not included in this sale.
Theventilatoris excellent with no porcelain loss. The original Coleman label has somedamagebut is secure. I have used photos in this listing that show the good and the not so good of this lantern. Please review thephotosclosely as it is used for sure butstilllooks very good.
