set is an adaptation of the original 1954 Cheerios Album for Reproductions of Confederate Currency. The original currency from the Cheerios album was used to create printing plates to produce these museum quality reproductions of the 1864 Confederate currency. The set comes with a wonderfully informative display panel (bills do not come pre-mounted) that tri-folds and measures 25\"w x 17\"h. The blue outlined bills, on the display panel, are imprints. Each imprint indicates where you should mount the bills that are also pictured here and are included in the sale. The framed photo shows how it would look once the bills are mounted on the display panel. You may choose from two different panels, each having a different center focal point. You may choose either the panel featuring an illustrator\'s rendition of the Battle of Kennesaw Mountain or the panel of the Robert E. Lee Riverboat on the Mississippi River. The currency set consists of the following bills: $1, $2, $5, $10, $20, $50, $100, $500, and $1000!
As you can see from the photos, this would look extremely attractive in a frame (not included) or simply displayed on a table top. These sets continue to sell in stores, catalogs, and trade shows for much higher prices, but because of the venue provides, we are able to offer these to you at a greatly reduced rate.
All bills are one-sided and are either blank on the back or blank and stamped with the word \'facsimile\'. They are approx 7.25\" wide by approx 3\" tall. They are reproductions of the reproductions originally used for the Cheerios album.
