A beautiful pre-columbian figure from Costa Rica. This is the Guanacaste culture and it dates to 500-800 AD. The polychrome glaze is in excellentcondition and it has the right surface aging. This is an excellent piece and is absolutely authentic. I stand behindeverything I sell.
This piece was purchased from an old Houston collection that was formed in the 1960\'s. The original owner passed away many years ago and his name is available upon request.
