2012 Cub Cadet SZ60 in excellent condition. 27 HP Kawasaki engine runs great, only 400 hours on it. I bought this unit as an upgrade for my severely sloped 1.5 acre lawn with multiple trees. I have to say, this is the best mower I\'ve ever owned. I have mowed with lawn tractors, garden tractors, compact tractors, zero-turns, and zero-turn tractors....and this thing smokes em all. Cub Cadet is the only manufacturer with the steering wheel, and has several patents with the 4 wheel steering system. As shown in the picture, it holds a slope like a caterpillar! The picture doesn\'t do the slope justice, it\'s much steeper than it looks.
The power steering is easy as a car, the 15 gallon fuel capacity will let you mow for a long period, the suspension seat works great, and the fabricated deck is built to last. Greasable spindles on the deck, and multiple grease zerks everywhere else.
I just completed a 400 hr service on the mower, blades sharpened, oil and filters changed. Runs like a top.

If you want a serious heavy duty commercial zero turn that will handle slopes with ease, you need to check this thing out. These machines list for $14,000, and usually sold for $10-12,000. I had a scag dealer look at my property and demonstrate a scag zero turn rider and he said no zero turn could mow my property and I would have to buy a walk behind with a valkie to stand on. I then found the tank with a steering wheel and the dealer said it was the best made to do hill work as he called it. I purchased a tank sz 60 in and was so amazed at the ease that it mowed all of my property it handles hills and slopes with no trouble. It exceeds all my expectations all I can say is buy one you won\'t be disappointed I love mine!!!!!!!!!!!!
