 This doll is Mint in the Package, and the package is in very good condition too!  This doll is from when Tonka first made them in 1990.  Hasbro purchased Tonka in 1991, of which Kenner was a sub-division and shifted the production there.  That is why you see some of the dolls marked Tonka and some Kenner.
