Please note: We are a brick and mortar business registered and licensed in California. As such, California residents must 7.5% sales tax. This is the base rate for all counties/cities. In some areas it is higher (see below) however, we charge the minimum and cover the rest.

The California (CA) state sales tax rate is currently 6.5%. However, California adds a mandatory local rate of 1% that increases the total state sales and use tax base to 7.5%. Depending on local municipalities, the total tax rate can be as high at 10.0%. State and local taxes can reach 9.25% in many cities.

We had a store front and warehouse we sold out of inHesperia, California, until late 2016, when we moved to Arizona. A WORD ABOUT SHIPPING: We arelocated in the Mountain Time zone. Generally, all items paid for by 2pmMountainTime will ship the same day (excluding holidays and weekends). Theremay be times when we are unable to same day ship. If this occurs, we will letyou know.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We welcomeinternational orders however, we DO NOT offer free shipping on internationalpurchases. Additionally, import, customs or duties fees are the responsibilityof the buyer and you may incur additional costs because of this. We utilize’s International Shipping Centers whenever possible.

RETURNS: If you are not happy withyour item, please contact us within 3-days of delivery to initiate a return.The item must be returned within 14-days,inthe same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You mustalso include, in the same condition as it was received, all original packagingsuch as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs, accessories such as cords and remotecontrols, certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards, \"Freegifts\" or bonus items, all items included in a bundle.Itemmust be returned postage paid by the purchaser, with tracking. Upon receipt andinspection, refund of purchase price will beinitiated. Postage and packaging will not be refunded. If you feel the itemreceived is not as we described it, please initiate a return through ’sBuyer Protection Guarantee Program and we will be happy to pay for returnshipping, if it is determined we failed to describe the item properly.
