The dial is marked\"Tempus Fugit\" (Time Flies).The movement is in OUTSTANDING running condition, keeping PERFECT time withWestminster chimes on the quarter hour. Just spent $200 to have the movement thoroughly cleaned, oiled, and run to check accuracy. Dial and pendulum show someminor corrosion, may be able to polish out.Pendulum shaft has some missing paint. The German movement is housed in aQUALITY American madecase, appears to be walnut. The case is in excellent condition and the clock is COMPLETEwith its ORIGINAL brass hardware. Overall the clock measures 17\'\' at the widest point by 93/4\'\' deep and stands 70 1/4\'\' tall. Original setup and adjustment instruction paperwork is in the pictures along with door and winding keys.
