Bulk lot of earlier version of Dash pick up shoes for T-Jets. Dash started out making T-jet and AFX bodies. Then branched out to making magnets and pickup shoes for T-Jet chassis. Now he makes arms, brushes and replica T-Jet chassis. His arms and magnets are better than the original. I bought this bulk lot of 100 pairs of pickup shoes when they first came out. I tested a few pairs, and I counted 198 when taking the photos, so I must have lost a pair. I mostly race magnet cars, and when I started playing with Fray cars last fall I decided I liked the more expensive Wizzard restricted shoes for Fray cars. These are fairly soft and easy to bend (you want to be able to bend T-jet shoes to get the shoes to lay flat on the track rails for maximum contact), but i had trouble getting them perfect (fat sausage fingers never could never get them right). They were popular when they came out, and they are cheap. I will also include the really cool T-jet business card sized magnet, which is a drawing from the patent Aurora got for their \"pancake\" motor design.

I have been purchasing a very large amount of slot car parts and toolsin the past several months, and I decided I needed to let go of some slot carstuff to offset some of those costs. Igot bitten by a T-jet/Fray car building bug, and I have spent more than I amwillingly to admit to the wife on parts in the last 8 months. I have built morethan 60 custom Fray style cars since November 2017 (I have sold about 14) andplan to build more. I don’t “need” thatmany cars, but I REALLY enjoy sipping whiskey or an IPA and spending time in mybasement listening to surf music and building cars. And now magnet car racingseason is starting locally, and why race last years cars when I have an excuseto buy more parts and build more cars?
