Dave Brubeck jazz hits-High fantastic for the jazz enthusiast--according to the notes that came with tape the was professionally produced on a Crown 800 recorder using TDK SD 1800 tape.

This is a high end 7 1/2 ips. (i.p.s.) 2 track (1/2 track) stereo tape. The sonics are great which is what you would expect from a high speed recording. The tape has a great punch and range versus a lower speed and/or 1/4 track recording. A 2 track recording uses almost all of the tape width v/s a 1/4 recording which uses slightly less than half of the tape capacity for each side.

picture is the actual tape tape you will receive.-tape,reel,are in excellent condition-the box has some scuffs but is still intact and serviceable.-the title list does show wear but still very readable.

The tape has been fully played to test-sound was awesome.-it comes with the song list/production notes that came with the tape.

Since this is a two track recording all songs are in one direction-i.e. you do not have to flip the tape over.

This recording is compatible with a 4 track (1/4 track) machine, however for optimal balance your deck should have output levels for both left and right channels.

These tapes were purchased as a lot from an estate sale-according to the original owner they are from a tape service that operated in L.A area at one time.-date on the recording notes is January 1981
