Condition: Very good to Near Mint. There is a streak on the rear roof that appears to be an original painting error. The tree has teensy paint misses. There are no breaks, chips or repairs. Very nice. Note: the cottages I am listing have been gently stored for the past 10 to 15 years and some have never been displayed. None are dusty or in need of any kind of cleaning. Detailed miniature building fits well with N Gauge train setup.
