You are offerding on an Inversion Descrambler which was attached to an old Bearcat scanner I picked up at a flea market. I believe the model # is DNE-12 and that is was manufacutred by Don Noble Electronics. Unfortunately the scanner it was attached to was not working so I was unable to test the descrambler, it is therefore offered \'as-is\'. However, when I put a battery in the unit and switched it on I could hear white noise over the scanner speaker (which was all that the scanner seemed to pick up), and if I rotated the knob the tone of the white noise would change. The descrambler comes as shown. Thanks for looking!
