This is a beautiful newberg dollhouse when assembled.This is a kit that you have to assemble it is new in the original box. box has some shelf wear and the ends have had a smelly liquid on them which should not affect stuff inside one end is open but product has never been out of the box just opened it to see if sheets of wood are alright they are, bought it years ago thought i would put it together someday have lost interest just been siting around.So it can be your project.pictures are of assembled product.THIS IS A KIT AND IS NOT ASSEMBLED!!!!!!!NB180 model number 27x25x18 assembled
