From a local non smoking estate.I have not tested this tuner.It appears complete except the coupler for the meter.I did not see any damage inside.It has the built in antenna relay. I do not know if it is set up for a transmitter, or has been bypassed for a transceiver.Manual copy.\"No Coupler For Meter\"
