We are offering another group of Effanbee 1940-50\'s vintage items that came in the trunk which had a lift out box. It was chock full of Dy Dee items so we are listing them in groups so please check out our other sales for more including dresses, accessories and other items too. Included in this sale is a beautiful blue sweater (it is a medium blue and was hard to capture the true color in our photos) and matching bonnet & mittens. This is so cute. We don\'t have a doll to try it on available but measurement from neckline to bottom measuring down the front is about 5 1/2\" in length to give you an idea. Since we are not the original owner we aren\'t sure if it was for the Dy Dee Kin doll or another size. That doll we found out from the references is approximately 13\". You collectors would know for sure. Also included is 2 original diapers; clean, an unopened cello marked Dy Dee package of original Q-tips, a very pretty Esmond doll blanket (bunny print, clean and still has nice color), an old beaded marked \"baby\" bracelet in blue/white and one of 3 bibs that were in the trunk. Bib closes in back with a snap. It is cotton on one side and flannel on the other; lace trimmed. Sweater (in our opinion) is in excellent plus condition as is the bonnet and mittens. We see no moth damage or repairs, still in nice condition. There is an ever so slight soil mark on the back of the sweater from storage; not play. These items came in the same trunk as the flannel? or fleece? bunting with hood, etc. that we have listed in another sale so please check that sale out too if you love Dy Dee and all her clothes and accessories. We will be listing dresses, shoes and booklets too so please watch for more. A nice group of Dy Dee items for that special baby doll.
Since these items came in the trunk with the Dy-Dee Kins tag, which we will be offer later, we are assuming it is for that size doll (Dy-Dee Kin 13\") we are not experts so please check your doll as you collectors are more familiar with sizes.
