Hand painted in bright colors by the famed ELISABETE GOMES in a very Limited Edition, 27/40. Elisabete hand signed the back of this stunning Charger. It is also stamped \"Haunted Mansion Holiday Event 2003\". Jack Skellington the Mayor and Mummy Boy are standing around Halloween town Dragon Fountain. Includes Certificate of Authenticity in which Gomes has hand signed as well. I just unwrapped this highly desired collectable to take pictures so it has never been displayed. 16\" diameter.
