We try our best to package and secure the items so that they are safein transit. Look at the individual listing to see if free shipping is included!
(2) Smaller Equipment/LTL:For smaller lawn equipment and LTL itemsplease message us your zip code and whether the item will be shipped to abusiness or residence and we will get back with you as soon as possible with arate!
(3) Larger Equipment:For larger construction equipment that would be consideredpartial or full truckloads please message us your zip code for a quick shippingrate. We have many shipping brokers and shipping companies that we deal with toget the best rates.
(4) Pickup:Local pickup is more than welcome. We havea loading dock and will assist in loading your item free of charge.
Note: qualityusedequipment will get rates and handle shippingarrangements from start to finish all for free. We will do everything that wecan to help in the shipping process. However, we are not held responsible forany shipping damages that could occur. We have had great success with ourshipping companies and minimal shipping damages!
Terms/Return Policy
(1) Payment timeframe:Buyer must contact seller within 24 hours of listing end.Buyer must make payment arrangements within 3 business days of listing end.Full payment for item must be received by seller within 7 business days of theitem ending unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. (Failure to complywith these terms will result in a dispute being opened on buyer and a non payerbuyer form being submitted).
(2) Item condition:All items that are listed by qualityusedequipment are inspected tothe best of our knowledge and all problems known will be listed. All items aresold as is where is with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied unless otherwisestated in the description. This means that unless there is some sort of returnpolicy under the “Item Description” section of the listing there will be “NO”return policy, warranty or guarantee whatsoever, No exceptions. Remember, mostof the items that you are buying are used so you can expect them to have normalwear and tear on the components. If we find anything that is grossly worn orbroken, we will list it. Buyer agrees that when item is transferred fromqualityusedequipment to buyers name it is buyer’s full responsibility. (3) Sales Tax:6% PA sales tax to PA residents and all items picked up inPA. If you are an individual or company with a valid resale or farm exemptionnumber we have a form you can fill out so that you are tax exempt. All itemsshipped out of the state of PA will not be subject to any taxes.
(4) Storage:We will store your item at our location for up to 30 days ifthe item is paid for. After 30 days we reserve the right to sell the item againand any payment made will not be refunded.
