All of the telecommunications equipmentI have listed came from a local telecom company that closed its doors. I listed about half of the items from the company last year and these new listings are the remainder of what I have. When I purchased the items I was told damaged items would have repair tags and items without repair tags were good ... from my original listing of items from the same location I have found this to be about 95% correct. I have not removed any repair tagsin order to mislead anyone ...if an item had a repair tag on it the item was discarded or put into a lot with other similar repair tag items. None of the items have been cleaned up or prettiedup for the pictures ... they are shownexactly as I received them. As I have not personally testedany of the items everything is being sold AS IS, as pictured, UNTESTED, No Returns.I have a limited amount of time to list these items which is why most items are in lots at discounted prices, with basic descriptions and NO testing. I still have alot to go through and very little time ... when my time is up any items not listed must be disposed of.

I sell many different items and it is impossible for me to know how to test everything. Many items I can only power on and report what I see. If I ever have a reason to believe an item is non-functioning I will not try to list it as untested as so many sellers do, I will list it for parts or repair. When I have an untested item it means I genuinely lack the knowledge or equipment to test it any further than is listed in the description. As Is means the item will match my description.

Due to the cost to ship internationally and the distance items have to travel, ALL items shipped outside of the USA are SOLD AS IS WITH NO GUARANTEES. We love our international customers and would love to have your business but due to the nature of the used equipment, and that most items are untested and used, all sales are final.
