Fender Telecaster Body heavily modified. Looks like a smuggler Tele:

A heavily modified Ash Telecaster body routed to look like a 1967 Smuggler Tele. Heavily routed the neck pocket is pretty rough. Some wood dough has been added to the body near the bridge pickup rout. Weighs 4 pounds 9 ounces. The body has the string ferrules. The edges are rounded on the front and the back. The body has been chamfered to feel like a Strat.
