I have this 239 CI Ford Flathead Engine, fits 48,49,50 & 51 fords. This engine can be turned over! It is not locked up. It has the carb also and I have a new set of heads new in the Box! It also has the clutch, pressure plate & flywheel. I can’t tell you anymore because I don’t know!! You are responsible for pickup or I will ship it to your location at your cost. It can be shipped by the Fastenal Company if you are near their store. The Fastenal Company will calculate the Cost for shipping if you need it?
