  ABOUT SHIPPING

  • We ship the item to USA, Europe, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong. For the other places, please write email to check first.
  • The bike is shipped from Taiwan via Post Airmail or Express within 5 days after payment received and cleared.
  • Items will arrive in 3-14 business days. The arrival time depends on some factors (customs clearance) and different areas. Tracking number will be provided to the buyer after ship out the goods, meanwhile advise the estimated arrival time (excluding unexpected customs inspection time)
  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer\'s responsibility. Please check with your country\'s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding / buying. Sometime customs will inspect the parcel and sometime will not. We will send the product as gift or sample and put lower value on invoice to help customer avoid the import duty. Most of our customers don\'t be charged any duty or extra charge.
  • All goods will be shipped out from Taiwan with good carton and good packaging condition.
  • If you want to combine other items we\'re selling, please write to me to check the shipping cost or have any special request, please kindly advise us once place order.

  PAYMENT

  • We only accept payment from Paypal in advance.
  • For expedited shipping please use Paypal as your method of payment. E-check payment may delay the processing time because we will only send out the goods until it is cleared by Paypal (approximately it would take 3 business days ).
  • We will use your PayPal shipping address as the delivery address. If you have any payment question, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  RETURN POLICY

  • If you have not received the item in 30 days, please contact us via Message. We will check it with forwarder and resend or refund any missing item.
  • The Item is brand new in original packaging. We are selling include factory limited warranty. Don\'t cover items that have been abused, burned and damaged in any form.
  • Returns only accepted if the product is faulty. No un-authorised returns will be accepted, please contact first.
  • If the damage is likely before arrival, buyers have to report to us within 3 days and take a picture to show us the damage part and outside of package after received the item. In the unlikely event that your product is faulty in any way, we will try to help you solve the problem by e-mail. If still have problem, please kindly send back the defective item within 7 Days by freight prepaid.
  • Returning postage is buyer\'s responsibility. If it is our quality\'s problem, we will repair it and send the repaired item to you for free of charge or refund only the item price. If free shipping, will reduce 18% of total price as restocking fee. If the damage is made by wrong operation, we will ask for maintenance cost.
  • We will not be responsible for the delivery or insurance charges incurred in returning item back to us. If you return an item purchased from us, it must be unused and intact in Factory Condition. This includes ALL packaging ( carton, plastic bag, inserts, manuals etc.) and to make sure the item is all protected to reduce any damage risks during transportation. Please allow up to 5 Working Days for us to process your returned item.
