This Block came from the Mike Blanchard Collection, it was in a \'32 3-window Coupe in the early \'50\'s (so I was
told but have no more info or photos) ;( someone had done a very slight relief and port-work and bored it .125.
I Bored it out to 3-3/8\", re-Ported it out and Port-Matched it then re-Relieved the block to .075 depth. With High
Compression Heads and 2 to 3 Strombergs this Flathead is good for 250 horse and well over 300 ft/lbs of Torque!
You\'ll be Giving over-head-valves a fit at the local Cruz Nights and Rod Runs, plus there\'s nothing like the sound
of a 400jr Cam in a Big Cubic Inch Flathead !Note! I performed my Custom Full-Flow Oil Set-Up on this Block so you will need to run a modern Spin-On
Oil Filter, you cannot run a Bee-Hive or a stock Canister, you can run a Hildebrandt or hide a remote oil bracket
under your frame,...or I have a guy that Modifies the Speedway Bee-Hive to accept a spin-on filter inside.
All the Bolt Holes have been chased with Taps, this Block is ready to finish out before I chose a Flywheel
