This is a nice, vintage and working Hewlett-Packard 606B RF Signal generator. 50 KHz to 65 Mhz. With internal or external AM modulation. Internal modulation works along with the % meter. Amplitude Meter also works and is accurate. The meter sticks a little near full scale. Good cosmetic condition. Comes with a 606A manual. Which is a similar generator.
This instrument came from a former employee of a company called Sanders Associates in Nashua NH. It was a defense contractor. In a strange set of coincidences I also worked there and used the very same instrument back in the 1980\'s. So it\'s come full circle.
Can\'t say enough about the robustness of Hewlett Packard equipment. This instrument is at least 50 years old and still going.
